At The ReEntry Collective, we recognize that healing is a vital part of successful reentry. Our therapeutic services are designed to support individuals as they process past trauma, rebuild self-worth, and develop the emotional tools needed to thrive in their new chapter. We offer trauma-informed counseling, individual and group therapy, and specialized support for issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use recovery, and relationship repair. Each session is guided by licensed professionals who understand the unique challenges faced by justice-involved individuals and their families. Through compassionate care and evidence-based approaches, our goal is to create a safe and empowering space for healing, growth, and lasting emotional wellness.
Transitional Housing
We believe that stable housing is the foundation for lasting change. Our transitional housing program provides a safe, supportive environment where individuals can begin rebuilding their lives after incarceration or other justice involvement. Residents receive more than just a place to stay—they gain access to a community focused on healing, accountability, and growth. Our homes are structured to promote independence while offering on-site support such as case management, life skills coaching, and connections to employment and educational opportunities. By combining stability with individualized care, we help participants take confident steps toward permanent housing, self-sufficiency, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Employment Support Services
We know that meaningful employment is key to successful reentry and long-term stability. Our employment support services are designed to help individuals overcome barriers to the workforce by providing the tools, training, and connections needed to secure sustainable jobs. We offer personalized career coaching, résumé and interview preparation, job-readiness workshops, and partnerships with local employers who believe in second chances. Participants also have access to vocational training and certification opportunities that align with their skills and goals. By empowering individuals with the confidence and resources to succeed in the workplace, we help them build not only careers—but brighter, more independent futures.
